Hi, I’m eighteen, and I’m trying to figure out who I want to be in this crazy world. I spend most of my time online, listening to alt-pop and shooting atmospheric videos that I don’t even end up posting. My friends say I’m a walking mess: I might get excited at 3 a.m. about the idea of going to the beach, only to change my mind in the morning and head to a contemporary art exhibition instead. I love aesthetics, good coffee, and long walks while listening to podcasts, trying to find a balance between my new adult responsibilities and the desire to just enjoy my youth. Basically, I’m just a girl who believes we still have a ton of awesome stories ahead of us, and now is the perfect time to start them. I absolutely love the cozy atmosphere of coffee shops, when it’s drizzling outside and I’m listening to some indie or alt-pop on my headphones. I love spontaneous outings with friends, long late-night conversations about everything under the sun, and finding cool vintage items at flea markets. I really can't stand it—all these endless questions from adults like, “What are you going to be when you grow up?” and the constant pressure about choosing a future, as if I'm supposed to have it all figured out right now.
